SERVICE CENTER TERMS & CONDITIONS:


  • Original copy of the Customer Receipt Form is required when collecting repaired/unrepaired equipment from Service Center.
  • Evaluation Fee is payable for any Out of Warranty repair unless the repair estimate is approved.
  • The repair is guaranteed for 30 days for the same the same parts which we replaced.
  • Original Purchase Invoice is mandatory for any Under Warranty repair.
  • The sole warranty for products distributed by Advanced Media is the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty is void if the equipment operated beyond user/operation manual instructions,
  • Warranty does not cover routine maintenance services (Cleaning, firmware update…) or damages caused by misuse.
  • Warranty is void if the equipment has been opened/repaired by any unauthorized personnel.
  • Warranty does not cover batteries and consumables items like glass parts, bulbs, and flash tubes.
  • Repair cannot be provided to products and accessories which are beyond scope of service.
  • Unclaimed equipment more than 6 months will be disposed/sold to cover evaluation fee and storage cost without prior notice to client.
  • Equipment lying in Service Center are at owner’s risk in case of damage/lose caused by theft, natural calamities, and disasters.
  • Service Center is not responsible for any potential loss of data or user settings during repair procedure, customer must do back up for his important data/settings before sending the equipment to Service Center.
