Shipping Coverage

Advanced Media Trading (AMT) ships to a wide range of destinations worldwide, including the UAE, GCC countries, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
Shipping availability may vary depending on product type, destination, and local regulations. If you have any questions regarding shipping to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days
• Deliveries are not made on weekends or UAE public holidays

International Orders

• Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days using international priority services

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, order verification, and courier performance.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once all order details have been successfully verified, including payment confirmation and delivery address validation.

Order Processing Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE Time)
• Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE Time)

Orders placed after cut-off times, on weekends, or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Business Days:

AMT offices and warehouses operate from Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary depending on product size, weight, destination, and courier service.
To calculate shipping costs:

• Use the shipping calculator available on the product page, or
• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to view estimated shipping charges

If you encounter any issues obtaining a shipping estimate, please contact us for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable charges may be imposed by the destination country.
These charges are:

• Not included in the product or shipping price
• Determined by local authorities
• The sole responsibility of the customer

AMT has no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information.

Shipping Couriers

AMT primarily works with delivery partners such as FedEx, DHL, Quiqup to ensure secure, reliable, and timely delivery.

In certain cases, AMT may use alternative courier services to ensure optimal delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

• Orders can be tracked by logging into your AMT account on the website
• A shipment tracking number will be shared once the order is dispatched
• If an alternative courier is used, tracking details will be provided accordingly

Import Compliance & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with all import regulations, technical standards, certification requirements, and labeling laws of the destination country.

If a shipment is returned or rejected due to non-compliance, any refund issued will be after deduction of all shipping, return, and handling costs.

Privacy & Customs Inspection

International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs and regulatory authorities. Shipment and product information may be disclosed as required to complete customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Delays

While AMT makes every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Payment or fraud verification delays
• Product unavailability
• Customs clearance procedures
• Courier-related delays
• Force majeure events

AMT shall not be held responsible for delays arising from such circumstances.
